At Chicago Center for Behavioral Health, we don’t just do what we think will help you, we use therapies shown to be effective for your specific concern. Our approach includes several different treatment modalities that fall under the umbrella of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as third-wave therapies which incorporate mindfulness and acceptance strategies.

At your first appointment, we will sit down and get to know one another, discuss what help you want, your goals for treatment, and any unique circumstances that might be relevant to your treatment plan. We are prepared to work with a variety of diverse patients including people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people with disabilities, new Americans, and more!

Your time is valuable, and we recognize that setting aside time for therapy may be hard enough without adding in travel time! We currently only see clients online, giving you the ability to meet your therapeutic goals in a place that is convenient and accessible for you.
